2015: Dr. Chris Simpson included in the Medical Post's "Power List" of the 30 most powerful physicians in Canada, identified through a survey of their peers. The list was included in the 50th anniversary issue of the journal published in September.
2015: Dr. Angela Colantonio named 2015 Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Health Sciences. Election to fellowship in the Academy is considered one of the highest honours in the Canadian health sciences community.

About three thousand researchers earned this distinction by writing the greatest number of reports officially designated by Essential Science Indicators as Highly Cited Papers — ranking among the top 1% most cited for their subject field and year of publication, earning them the mark of exceptional impact.
