2015: Awarded to Dr. Maria Chiu by the American Heart Association for her study “Moving to a highly walkable neighborhood and incidence of hypertension: a propensity-score matched cohort study." The award recognizes excellence in research by early career investigators and trainees.
2015 – 2018: Awarded to Dr. Kelly Anderson for Health Service Use and Outcomes for People with First-Episode Psychosis in Ontario by the Ontario Mental Health Foundation.
2015: Awarded to Dr. Dennis Ko by the Sunnybrook Department of Medicine. The award is presented to a faculty member appointed over five years and has made a contribution to basic science, clinical epidemiology, health services or education research.
2015: Awarded to Dr. Geoffrey Nguyen. This award recognizes outstanding contributions to gastroenterology through basic and/or clinical research by a young investigator.
2016: Dr. David Naylor is being recognized for his visionary contributions to health research, education, administration, and policy. He will be formally inducted to the hall in a ceremony at McMaster University on April 14, 2016.
