The Office of the Secretary to the Governor General awards ICES scientist Andrea Gershon a King Charles III’s Coronation Medal

Congratulations to ICES Lung Health Lead and senior core scientist Andrea Gershon on receiving a King Charles III’s Coronation Medal. Nominated by the Canadian Lung Association, the medal recognizes Dr. Gershon’s significant impact and contributions towards lung health in Canada.

Dr. Gershon is also Research Director, Division of Respirology and a clinician scientist at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. Her research foci include respiratory disorders, healthcare quality and outcomes research.
