Congratulations to ICES senior core scientist David Urbach on being appointed to the Department of Surgery as Chair (Schulich School of Medicines and Dentistry, Western University) and Department Head (London Health Sciences Centre and St. Joseph’s Health Care London). Dr. Urbach is Head and Medical Director, Perioperative Services at Women’s College Hospital and Clinical Lead, Central Intake at Ontario Health. His work focuses on surgery-related health services research.
