Congratulations to ICES Western Site Director and senior adjunct scientist Kristin Clemens on being appointed as the Diabetes Canada Chair in Diabetes Management at the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry, Western University.
Dr. Clemens is an endocrinologist and Medical Director of the Osteoporosis and Bone Disease Program at St. Joseph’s Health Care London. She is also Associate Scientist at Lawson Health Research Institute and Associate Professor in the Departments of Medicine, Endocrinology and Metabolism, and Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry.
Dr. Clemens’ research interests include diabetes and chronic kidney disease, drug efficacy and safety, and the impact of the environment on human health.
