ICES scientist Andrea Gershon receives Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Thoracic Society

Congratulations to ICES Lung Health Lead and senior core scientist and Andrea Gershon on receiving the American Thoracic Society Assembly on Behavioral Science and Health Services Research Lifetime Achievement Award. The award recognizes an individual who has made outstanding scientific contributions in research methodologies that can be applied to lung diseases, critical illness, or sleep disorders.

Dr. Gershon is also Research Director, Division of Respirology and a clinician scientist at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. Her research foci include respiratory disorders, healthcare quality and outcomes research.
