Kevin Antoine Brown

Biography

Kevin Antoine Brown is an infectious disease epidemiologist and health services researcher at Public Health Ontario and the University of Toronto. He received his PhD in epidemiology from the University of Toronto and his MSc in biostatistics from the University of North Carolina. He studies patient outcomes associated with health care services, especially as applied to antimicrobial resistance. His research has focused on creating reproducible indexes of antibiotic C. difficile risk, developing multilevel transmission models for health care associated infections, and documenting geographic variation in health care services and outcomes.
