The CAHR–CANFAR Excellence in Research Award recognizes outstanding contributions to HIV research in Canada, honouring individuals whose innovative, high-impact work has advanced scientific knowledge, improved care and outcomes for people living with HIV, and strengthened the national HIV research community.
