Inaugural Retired Teachers of Ontario/Les Enseignantes et Enseignants Retraités de L'Ontario (RTO/ERO) chair in Geriatric Medicine at the University of Toronto

Foundation Scheme Live Pilot 1 Grant
2015: Awarded to Dr. Eyal Cohen for health outcomes of children with medical complexity and their caregivers

CIHR New Investigator Award
2015: Awarded to Dr. Simone Vigod for epidemiology and treatment of maternal mental illness. Dr. Vigod’s research will aim to optimize care for mothers with mental illness and improve maternal and child outcomes.

Goldie Award for Research
2015: Awarded to Dr. Lorraine Lipscombe by the department of medicine at the University of Toronto. Dr. Lipscombe was recognized for her research on the prevention, care and outcomes of diabetes, with a specific focus on diabetes in women.
