Summary: This project will support cost avoidance modeling by providing basic information regarding health service use and costs for populations that are commonly served by Ministry of Health-funded supportive housing programs: persons with serious mental illness or addictions, seniors, persons with traumatic brain injury, and persons infected with human immunodeficiency virus.
