Summary
As part of the Physician Compensation Review Project, the MOH is seeking to gather longitudinal data on physician MOH-funded compensation to examine changes in compensation over time, and the impact of various policies on physician salaries. This longitudinal analysis will be used to forecast trends in physician payments, and assist the MOH with various initiatives, including but not limited to strategic planning, budgeting, impact analysis, and communications.
