Impact of social distancing measures in long-term care homes to help prevent spread of COVID-19
Summary
This AHRQ supports a pilot project that aimed to evaluate the physical distancing restrictions and other mandates put in place in long-term care homes in Ontario by Directive 3 during the COVID-19 pandemic and their effect on the health and wellness of LTC residents. LTC homes in Southeastern Ontario participated in a survey to capture information on the implementation of public health measures. Homes that participated in this survey will receive a facility-specific report on the health and wellness of their residents during the COVID-19 pandemic.
