Summary: The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit has developed a profile of local neighbourhoods to better understand patterns of health and healthcare for a variety of demographic and health status characteristics. The request details health status and related behaviours by neighbourhood, focusing on rates of diabetes, asthma, COPD, cancer screening, hypertension and congestive heart failure, opioid prescribing rates and percentage of residents with a family doctor. The information will be used for program planning and service delivery.
