Evaluation of respiratory syncytial virus vaccines in infants and pregnant women
Summary
Ontario introduced in the fall of 2024 a new immunization program, Nirsevimab (NSVB), for the prevention of RSV infection in infants. Unlike the previous program which targeted only high-risk infants, this monoclonal is offered to all infants in the first year of life. We will investigate the uptake of nirsevimab and sociodemographic factors associated with the uptake.
