The research team is interested in determining at the impact of L.I.V.E. program on healthcare use and associated costs during covid-19 pandemic (from May 2020) compared to those not enrolled in the program. The analysis will also elucidate the difference in the rates of healthcare utilization and associated costs in this population for the pandemic year (March 14, 2020 to March 14, 2021) compared to the previous year (March 13, 2019 to March 13, 2020). The results from the study will be shared with relevant, key stakeholders to inform funding allocation and service delivery decision-making including HMV care delivery optimization.
