Taking Stock: A report on the quality of mental health and addictions services in Ontario

This report by Health Quality Ontario (HQO) and the Institute for Clinical Evaluative Sciences (ICES) explores the impact of mental illness and addictions in Ontario and examines the quality of care Ontarians dealing with them are receiving.

The report should help guide the Open Minds, Healthy Minds strategy for mental health and addictions services undertaken by Ontario’s Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, with input from the province’s Mental Health and Addictions Leadership Advisory Council.
