2020: Awarded to Dr. Jodi Edwards by the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. The award is presented to an early stage investigator who has earned distinction for their unit and Faculty due to the importance and exceptional features of their research.

Clinical Research Chair in Strengthening Primary Care for Integrated Health Equity

2020-2025: Awarded to Dr. Claire Kendall by the Faculty of Medicine, University of Ottawa.

Henry J. M. Barnett Scholarship

2020: Awarded to Dr. Amy Yu by the Heart and Stroke Foundation for the project "Determining sex disparities In Stroke Care and Outcomes to optimize recoVERy (DISCOVER)". The prize is given annually to a highly rated cerebrovascular research investigator.

Heart & Stroke National New Investigator Award

2020: Awarded to Dr. Amy Yu for the project "Determining sex disparities In Stroke Care and Outcomes to optimize recoVERy (DISCOVER)". This award provides salary support to individuals who have clearly demonstrated excellence during their doctoral and post-doctoral training in cerebrovascular research.
