2016: Awarded to Dr. Timothy Hanna for "Estimating the demand for radiotherapy from the evidence: a review of changes from 2003 to 2012".

2015: Awarded to Dr. Richard Birtwhistle by The College of Family Physicians of Canada. The award honours individuals who are trailblazers and leaders in family medicine research.
2015: Dr. Richard Birtwhistle recognized by The College of Family Physicians of Canada for his work with the Canadian Primary Care Sentinel Surveillance Network (CPCSSN), a pan-Canadian network of practitioners with electronic medical records (EMRs).
2015: Dr. Chris Simpson included in the Medical Post's "Power List" of the 30 most powerful physicians in Canada, identified through a survey of their peers. The list was included in the 50th anniversary issue of the journal published in September.
2015-2020: Awarded to Dr. Jason Beyea.
2015: Dr. Elizabeth VanDenKerkhof was appointed the inaugural Sally Smith Chair in Nursing for the Faculty of Health Sciences at Queen's University. This appointment is for a five-year period from July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2020.
Dr. VanDenKerkhof wil study where nursing, as it expands its scope of practice, is headed in the future and also research the prevention of acute and chronic pain, and use of technology to improve care.
2015: Awarded to Dr. Dallas Seitz by the Institute of Health, Policy, Management and Evaluation, University of Toronto. The award is for a graduate student (MSc or PhD) who completes the best paper based on their thesis in the field of health services research.
2014-18: Awarded to Dr. Amer Johri by the Heart & Stroke Foundation, for his research “Three dimensional (3D) carotid ultrasound to assess L-carnitine therapy in metabolic syndrome.”
2011-2014: Awarded to Dr. Robert Campbell from 2011 to 2014 by the Southeastern Ontario Academic Medical Organization.
