2019: Awarded to Dr. Karen Okrainec for the project "Let's Get you Home: Understanding Patient Experience and Health Outcomes from Hospital to Home." The award is funded by the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade.

Pediatric Award of Excellence

2019: Awarded to Kimberley Widger by the Canadian Network of Palliative Care for Children and Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association (CHPCA). The award recognizes the outstanding national contribution of a CHPCA member who exemplifies professional and personal commitment and achievement in the field of pediatric hospice palliative care within Canada.
