2019: Awarded to Dr. Karen Okrainec for the project "Let's Get you Home: Understanding Patient Experience and Health Outcomes from Hospital to Home." The award is funded by the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade.

2019 – 2024: Tier 2 Canada Research Chair in Pediatric Palliative Care awarded to Kimberley Widger.
