2019-2020: Chair’s Award for Outstanding Research Potential, Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, University of Toronto, awarded to Dr. Genevieve Bouchard-Fortier for demonstrating outstanding dedication, ability and research potential in the field of obstetrics and gynaecology.
2024: Dr. Rabeneck was appointed for her leadership in colorectal cancer screening and prevention. She led the roll-out of ColonCancerCheck, the first province-wide colorectal cancer screening program in the country. The success of it influenced the development of similar programs across Canada and internationally.
2023: Awarded to Dr. Robert Grant by AMS for the project “Using artificial intelligence to prevent blood clots in cancer patients.”
2023: Awarded to Dr. Robert Grant by the Terry Fox Research Institute for the project “Using new methods to help personalize treatment for patients with pancreatic cancer“
2020: Presented to Dr. Nancy Baxter by the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons Research Foundation. This award recognizes a member of the Society who has made outstanding contributions to the education and career development of trainees and other colleagues.
2020: Awarded to Dr. Linda Rabeneck. The award is presented to a member of CAG who is a proven teacher and an outstanding researcher.

2019: Awarded to Dr. Nancy Baxter. This award is presented to a senior scientist who exemplifies the mission of the institute of generating new knowledge and translating scientific discoveries to improve patient health.
