ICES Research Video Series featuring ICES chief science officer Astrid Guttmann

In this video, ICES chief science officer Astrid Guttmann discusses socioeconomic barriers to newborn jaundice screening and her recent ICES study that showed that not only are most babies not receiving the recommended screening, but since the introduction of the universal screening guidelines, the access gap between babies from low-income families and those from high-income families actually worsened.
