  1. To describe factors associated with Intensive Care Unit admission and subsequent outcome in patients with hematologic malignancies.
  2. To assess the effectiveness of non-invasive oxygenation strategies to reduce mortality and intubation rate in immunocompromised critically ill patients with acute respiratory failure.
  3. To describe factors associated with long-term patient reported outcomes in hematopoietic cell transplantation recipients who survive critical illness.
