Andrea Gershon and her team have been selected to receive a 2013-14 ACE Award from the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care for their project "Value Demonstrating Initiative on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease."
The ministry’s ACE Award stands for achievement, commitment and excellence. The awards recognize individuals and groups who:
- exemplify the ministry’s commitment to quality service
- forge strong partnerships internally and across the Ontario health system
- are innovators
- are outstanding achievers through initiative and leadership
The awards were presented at a ceremony on December 1.
