Registry of the Canadian Stroke Network: Report on the 2002/03 Ontario Stroke Audit

This report presents information obtained from the Registry of the Canadian Stroke Network (RCSN) for the 2002/03 Ontario Stroke Audit. The audit evaluates the characteristics, management and outcomes of stroke patients in the province, with comparisons made by Ontario Stroke Strategy region, by institutional designation (regional stroke centre, district stroke centre, nondesignated hospital), by hospital peer group (regional stroke centre, academic hospital, community hospital), and by regional planning authority (Local Health Integration Network).
