Biography
As Director, Finance, Darlene Borland is responsible for leadership of the finance function of ICES, including financial planning, forecasting, controllership, and procurement.
Darlene has extensive senior financial leadership experience in the health care and manufacturing sectors. Prior to her current role, she served as the Chief Financial Officer for South Huron Hospital Association, where she was responsible for the finance, procurement, health records, privacy and information technology functions. Additionally, she provided financial support to the South Huron Hospital Foundation.
Darlene is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Laurentian University.
