Charles Victor

Charles Victor is the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships and Digital Services at ICES. In this role, he oversees provincial, national and international partnership development with key data providers, interest holders, and communities. For the past 10 years he has overseen the development and operations of ICES’ Data and Analytic Services (DAS). The DAS department supports Ontario researchers and knowledge users external to ICES in accessing data and evidence.

In addition, Charles has over 20 years of experience as an epidemiologist and biostatistician providing methodological and statistical support to research teams across Ontario. As an Assistant Professor (status-only) at the Institute of Health Policy Management and Evaluation, University of Toronto, he is responsible for the development and delivery of advanced biostatistics in the clinical epidemiology curriculum.
