Stephanie Lapinsky

Biography
Dr. Lapinsky is an obstetrician-gynecologist at Mount Sinai Hospital and an assistant professor at the University of Toronto. She completed a Master of Science in Clinical Epidemiology and Health Care Research at the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation, and for her master’s thesis used ICES data to study severe maternal mental health outcomes after twin versus singleton pregnancies. Her current research areas of interest include perinatal mental health, health systems and care pathways in obstetrics and gynecology, and the impact of COVID-19 illness and vaccination on perinatal outcomes.
