Biography

Dr. Janice Tijssen completed her medical school at McGill University in 2006 and went on to obtain her FRCPC in 2010 in paediatrics from the joint training program of McMaster University and the Northern Ontario School of Medicine. She went on to complete her critical care training at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. She completed her Masters of Science in Health Services Research at the University of Toronto and the Faculty Scholars Program at ICES Western. Her research interests include resuscitation, healthcare access, transport medicine, and traumatic brain injury.
