2024: Awarded to Dr. Lauren Lapointe-Shaw for her article Virtual visits with own family physician vs outside family physician and emergency department use published in JAMA Netw Open. The award recognizes ground-breaking health services and policy research (HSPR) that has significantly contributed to the field of HSPR in Canada.
2019: Dr. Lauren Lapointe-Shaw was awarded the CIHR-IHSPR Rising Star Award for "Death and readmissions after hospital discharge during the December holiday period: cohort study" published in the BMJ.
2018: Awarded to Dr. Lauren Lapointe-Shaw as the most promising student in Clinical Epidemiology & Healthcare Research concentration at the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation.
2016: Awarded to Dr. Lauren Lapointe-Shaw for "Primary Care Follow-up After Hospital Discharge."
