Congratulations to ICES PhD student Abby Emdin on receiving a three year Alzheimer Society Research Program Doctoral Award. Abby’s thesis research examines trajectories of potentially inappropriate prescribing in people with dementia. She is a student in the Life Stage research program, working with ICES scientists Susan Bronskill (supervisor), Jennifer Bethell and Therese Stukel as well as geriatric psychiatrist Andrea Iaboni.
