ICES scientist Dr. Douglas Lee appointed Ted Rogers Chair in Heart Function Outcomes

The Ted Rogers Centre for Heart Research announced today that ICES senior scientist Dr. Douglas Lee has been selected as Ted Rogers Chair in Heart Function Outcomes, the Centre’s first ever chair. Dr. Lee will work within the Centre's Integrated Program for Excellence in Heart Function at University Health Network (UHN) to improve patient outcomes and make health policy recommendations related to heart failure.

“It’s an honour to hold such a position in an organization that can make such an impact in how heart failure care can be improved,” said Dr. Lee.
