Biography

The evaluation of healthcare delivery models is essential to enhancing patient safety, improving health outcomes and creating innovative models of care delivery. Dr. Angela Jerath’s academic research is focused on the analysis and evaluation of postoperative care and critical care models in cardiac and complex non-cardiac surgical patients using different research methods and technologies. Her research has received funding support from the Canadian Anesthesiologists’ Society (CAS), Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada (HSFC), and Canadian Institute of Health Research (CIHR).
