Summary
To assess the impact of virtual care in 2 clinics in the Hastings Prince Edward OHT (Gateway and Belleville) for December 2020-July 2022 (1 year prior, 7 mos post): patient level factors, resource utilization, and costs. Data linkage between the clinics and ICES data will enable pre post and control group analyses.
