Summary
The method for attributing patients to OHTs is based on identified ‘networks’ (PhysNets)in Ontario that describe the natural linkages among Ontario patients, physicians, and hospitals and reflect how patients in Ontario seek care. However, the latest OHTAM file is out of date (FY2019). We seek to update this file with specified enhancements.
