Team of ICES investigators awarded the 2015 College of Family Physicians of Canada Outstanding Family Medicine Research Article Award
A team of ICES investigators received the 2015 Outstanding Family Medicine Research Article Award from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC). The team, led by ICES adjunct scientist Tara Kiran, and including Drew Wilton, Rahim Moineddin, Lawrence Paszat and Rick Glazier received the award for their ICES research article “Effect of payment incentives on cancer screening in Ontario primary care,” published in Annals of Family Medicine.
Supported by the Research and Education Foundation of the CFPC, this award recognizes the best research article published in a national or international journal during the preceding year based on original family medicine research and carried out by a CFPC member.
The award was presented at the Section of Researchers Dinner on November 11, 2015 as part of the Family Medicine Forum.
