Developing a Balanced Scorecard for Public Health

Share

Public health has a mandate to promote and protect health and prevent disease in the population. This report illustrates the principles involved in developing a balanced scorecard to facilitate improvements in service quality and effectiveness, and to support strategic and operational planning.
