Description: The primary objectives of this research are as follows:

1. To determine the long-term incidence of urethral strictures in those who have undergone hypospadias repair.
2. To identify risk factors associated with the development of urethral strictures following hypospadias repair.
3. To assess the impact of different surgical techniques used in hypospadias repair on the risk of urethral strictures.
