ICES McMaster is a joint collaboration of ICES and McMaster University with its academic hospitals, Hamilton Health Sciences and St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton. ICES McMaster officially launched on June 20, 2016 in a new 2,300 square-foot facility in the Health Sciences Centre on the main McMaster campus in Hamilton.
ICES McMaster comprises a community of local scientists, staff and students, and its central location on the main campus facilitates collaborative research opportunities across many disciplines and with its partner hospitals.

2020: Awarded to Dr. Rahul Chanchlani by Hamilton Health Sciences for the project "Deriving normative data on 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring among South-Asian children."
2019: Awarded to Dr. Aristithes Doumouras for the project "The effect of bariatric surgery on breast cancer incidence characteristics, outcomes and mortality" by The Research Institute of St. Joe's Hamilton.
2019: Awarded to Dr. Rahul Chanchlani by the Kidney Foundation for "Long-term kidney and heart outcomes after acute kidney injury among newborns and children."
2017: Awarded to Dr. Giulia Muraca by the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists to recognize the best article from a non‐U.S. researcher each year for the article « Factors underlying the temporal increase in maternal mortality in the United States, » which explained the rise in maternal mortality in the United States.
2017: Awarded to Dr. Aaron Jones for "Investigating temporal associations between home care initiation and emergency department utilization in post-acute older adults".
