Research Question/Objectives: The client is looking to gain better understanding of the epidemiology and burden of disease for Rett Syndrome, as well as the healthcare utilizations of patients with Rett Syndrome.

• Describe the demographics and clinical characteristics of patients with a diagnosis of Rett Syndrome in Ontario from 2018 – 2023
• Describe the incidence and prevalence of Rett Syndrome in Ontario from 2018 – 2023
• Describe the healthcare resource utilization (HCRU) of patients with Rett Syndrome in Ontario from 2018 – 2023
