A thorough review of the existing data has been conducted and there are several outdated health indicators by Toronto neighbourhoods which the Toronto Neighbourhood’s Assessment Framework would like more recent information for. The TNAF seeks updated data for preventable hospitalizations, premature mortality, and falls among seniors using the 158 Toronto neighbourhood file.
