Healthcare experience survey for the Eastern York Region North Durham (EYRND) OHT
Summary
The knowledge user is requesting the data collected in the Health Care Experience Survey (HCES) to assist them with mapping system assets for supporting individuals living with mental health, addictions, and dementia and their caregivers in the catchment area. This data will be used by the OHT to develop an accessible physical and virtual point of contact to those seeking support. The evidence collected will be evaluated to assess the baseline understanding of patient experiences as they relate to access.
