Summary: This project will generate small area population denominators to support the development of Public Health Unit (PHU) indicators, such as: vaccine coverage estimates; chronic disease incidence and prevalence; hospitalization and ED visit rates; and substance use rates. These indicators will guide the work of Ontario Boards of Health and PHU program areas.
