Summary

Specifically, there is interest in the incidence and prevalence of diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure, COPD, and visits for mental health and addiction treatments. The information will better identify health issues and health disparities within the population, as well as facilitate planning and evaluating public health programs, services and policies.
