The project team will investigate whether the relevant procedure is an effective ovarian cancer prevention strategy by determining whether women who have undergone opportunistic salpingectomy are at lower risk of ovarian cancer (specifically high grade serous carcinoma) than women who have not undergone opportunistic salpingectomy.
