She completed medical school at McMaster University (2013) and residency training in psychiatry at the University of Toronto (2018). Following residency, she completed a PhD in clinical epidemiology and healthcare research at the University of Toronto (2023) and a research fellowship at the University of Toronto and Women\u2019s College Hospital (2023).
