Dr. Ravi’s primary research goal is to identify predictors of suboptimal patient-reported outcomes such as pain, function or quality of life, and complications following total joint arthroplasty (TJA), as well as strategies to mitigate these risks. The anticipated increased demand for TJA over the next decade will occur against a backdrop of ever-shrinking resources.
