Patricia O'Campo is a professor at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at the University of Toronto. <\/p>\n
As a social epidemiologist, Dr. O'Campo has conducted policy-relevant intervention research on the social determinants of health and well-being among women and children for more than 25 years. She has focused on methods development as part of her research, including the application of concept mapping to increase understanding of how residential neighborhoods influence well-being and the development of monitoring methods for rare health events in small geographic areas.<\/p>\n
