\nICES adjunct scientist Laura Rosella<\/a> has been named one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40<\/a> for 2018. Established in 1995, the annual list recognizes the achievements of 40 Canadians who have demonstrated remarkable success while under 40 years of age. Recipients will be honoured at the Top 40 National Celebrations in Toronto in November.<\/p>\n

In addition to serving as site director at ICES UofT<\/a>, Dr. Rosella is a scientist at Public Health Ontario and an assistant professor of epidemiology with the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at the University of Toronto. In 2016, she was named Canada Research Chair in Population Health Analytics. She was recently elected president of the Canadian Society for Epidemiology and Biostatistics, effective July 1.<\/p>\n

\nDr. Rosella’s research focus at ICES includes health and wellness promotion, endocrine and metabolic disorders, and diet and nutrition.<\/p>\n
