Mr. Rowan is an independent communication consultant and former partner and managing director with Ketchum Public Relations Canada. The board and management look forward to drawing on his expertise as they continue to advance ICES&#x2019; profile through expanded data partnerships and research collaborations, provincially, nationally and internationally.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Rowan replaces outgoing board member Bruce McLellan, president and CEO of Environics Communications, who has retired after six years of valuable service.
