With the emergence of OHTs, measures of quality improvement are necessary to evaluate key factors associated with health care systems delivery to each OHT’s attributed population. These indicators will provide baseline and subsequent performance levels for each OHT and provide evidence for the MOH\/OH to understand variability across OHTs.
